Generation_P started as a software outsourcing company focused exclusively on the travel, hospitality and transportation sector. Occupying this niche helped us stand out among many universal IT companies, that chase any project and any opportunity without concentrating deeply on anything.

Over the past years we have earned experience in the following areas:

General travel domain experience – all our developers, analysts and testers receive internal training on the travel domain intricacies, especially the Travel Supply Chain. We have learned to appreciate the nuances of the industry, where a ''single'' room is not necessarily for one person and where many things are not intuitive.

Internet booking engines (IBEs) – we know how to build an IBE from the ground up. We understand the mechanics of obtaining travel offers and travel-related content from providers, processing a multitude of data and displaying everything in the most user-friendly manner. When building IBEs we address business issues and ensure that the completed solution does not merely meet acceptance tests but really brings value and generates revenue for you.

Reservation systems and interfaces – we realized more than 220 projects that connected customers' applications with providers of travel offers and travel content. These range from GDSes Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre to CRSes Merlin, RIO, DCS and independent suppliers – cruise lines, hotel operators etc. We have experience with various technology from legacy interfaces, such as Stadis to the most recent XML OTA-compliant innovations.

Integration experience – we have developed interfaces and connection handlers to around 140 suppliers, including GDS, CRS, airlines, tour operators and travel agencies, consolidators, travel content providers, cruise lines, transfers, etc.

We have also been involved in the application of CRM for travel companies, property management systems for rental agencies and many more. And we gain more and more experience in this fascinating industry every day.
